How It Works

Step 1 - Purchase your open-dated ticket

• Your open-dated ticket will be emailed to your nominated email address (please check your spam or junk mail folder if it does not arrive)
• Download your open-dated ticket voucher

Step 2 - Redeem your open-dated ticket

• Go to https://www.resmates.com.au/selfservice
• Enter your voucher number + PIN number (listed in the grey section on the top of your open-dated ticket voucher)
• Select your desired date of travel and cruise time
• Select CONFIRM and note your booking number
• Your cruise booking confirmation will be emailed to your nominated email address (please check your spam or junk mail folder if it does not arrive)
• Download your cruise booking confirmation

• Customers must drive to the marina to board the boat, and boarding commences at 9:00 am.
• Gold Coast & Brisbane Pickups are also available ($25 p.p) Please contact the operator to organise.
